Here is the full schedule of events for the NBC 4 New York & Telemundo 47 Fourth Annual Health & Fitness Expo, presented by Quest Diagnostics.

One of the largest and open-to-the-public health events, the Health & Fitness Expo will be held at MetLife Stadium on Saturday, May 14 and Sunday, May 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

IMPORTANT: All people attending the expo need to fill out a waiver upon entering MetLife Stadium. Every adult needs a separate waiver and parents or guardians can sign for up to four minors. You can print out your waiver here.
