Derek Jeter #2 and Nick Johnson #36 of the New York Yankees celebrate after scoring in the seventh inning against the Chicago White Sox after a double from teammate Mark Teixeira (not pictured) on May 2, 2010 at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx borough of New York City. The Yankees defeated the White Sox 12-3.

    Calling all Yankee fans!

Tickets for possible 2010 American League Division Series (ALDS) and American League Championship Series (ALCS) games at Yankee Stadium are going on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Eager Bombers fans -- with fingers crossed -- will be able to purchase tickets online at Yankees.com or by phone with Ticketmaster at (877) 469-9849 and Ticketmaster TTY at (800) 943-4327.

Since the tickets are in such high demand, purchasers will only be able to get two tickets to one game of either series. And don't think you can get away with sneaking a few extra purchases past the ticket police; orders that go over the predetermined limit will be canceled without warning or confirmation, a Yankees spokesman said.

Tickets will not be available at Yankees clubhouse shops or other Ticketmaster outlets, and tickets purchased online will have to be printed out at home (that means no Will Call window or express shipping) -- so make sure you've got your technology in order.

For updates and more details on postseason ticket information, including how to get refunds for games that don't get played, head to Yankees.com/postseason for complete postseason ticket information. World Series ticket information will be made available at a later date, the organization says.
