Looks like no one wants to play for the lowly Knicks.

For the second time in a week, a veteran free agent has decided against coming to the Big Apple to join the ailing franchise.

Grant Hill joined Jason Kidd in turning down overtures from Donnie Walsh, the Knicks president to come on board. Adding insult to injury, Hill decided to take less money to stay in Phoenix.

The Knicks had offered Hill $5.8 million for a one year deal . He opted for a two year contract with the Suns that would pay him just $3 million the first year and $3.24 in the second.

"There is that disappointment," Walsh said. "But we went into the situation understanding we're not in a position we can go get anyone because we don't have a lot of room. In both cases, there was legitimate interest. I think Grant didn't want to uproot everything and there wasn't a big enough difference in the two offers."

Walsh said he will look to solidifying deals with David Lee and Nate Robinson, who are both free agents
