Though the Jets put up a good fight, they were ultimately overtaken by the Pittsburgh Steelers, 24-19, disappointing fans big and small who were hoping to root for the Jets at the Super Bowl.
The Jets trailed by 24 tonight, battling both the vicious tactics of the Steelers and the bone-chilling cold.
With only two minutes left in the game, the Jets trailed by five points, but couldn't surface. This will be the Steeler's third Super Bowl trip in six seasons.
