In case you were wondering, the Lingerie Football League is all about skins, not shirts.
That's a lesson two Miami Caliente players learned the hard way recently.
According to the Broward New Times, quarterback Anonka Dixon and her favorite target Tina Caccavale, were placed on probation because they wore too many clothes during a photo shoot for the alternative weekly.
In the pics, the girls looked fierce in some shoulder pads and face paint. But they apparently weren't showing enough skin to win.
The official ruling from the LFL office is the players wore non-sponsored league gear, according to LFL spokesperson Stephon McMillen.
"One of the covers has an NFL logo and they had on Rawlings shoulder pads and Nike wristbands," he said. "They were displaying non-league partners. It’s a legal issue for us."
The probation lasts indefinitely and if either Dixon or Caccavale violate again, they are banned from the league.
Caccavale led the league in both interceptions and touchdown receptions while leading the team to the playoffs. Dixon threw the most touchdown passes in the league and had the most rushing touchdowns. She was also the league's second-leading rusher.
This isn't a No Fun League (NFL), Roger Goodell ruling, but punishing the girls for taking their sport seriously seems a bit harsh. We didn't know the girls had to show their tight ends all the time.
So if wearing too many clothes gets you put on probation, then does a wardrobe malfunction get you, a pay raise?
