Gov. Andrew Cuomo is launching a new state website to solicit comments and ideas from New Yorkers on how to address the fiscal crises in state and local governments.

Cuomo announced the website www.NYcitizenscampaign.comduring his press event in Jamestown.

The western New York stop is part of a statewide swing to try to drive home elements of his State of the State speech last week in Albany.

Comments are sought on a range of topics, including agriculture, civil rights and regional economic needs.
