Republicans gained at least 62 House seats in the Nov. 2 election, but four districts - two in California and two in New York - are still up for grabs.
The number of unresolved races dropped to four Monday night when Democrat Solomon Ortiz, a veteran of 14 terms in the 27th District in Texas, conceded to Republican Blake Farenthold, according to a Democratic source.

Democrat Trailing
New York 25th District
With Republican Ann Marie Buerkle’s leading Democratic Rep. Dan Maffei by 567 votes, both sides are expected to meet in court on Wednesday to discuss the fate of more than 200 challenged ballots.
Maffei has yet to concede, and his campaign released a Monday afternoon statement saying: "No decisions have been made and we are reviewing the re-canvass and audit documentation that the counties are providing to the State Board of Elections as part of the process that is required in order for them to ultimately certify this election."
Democrats Leading
New York 1st District
Democratic Rep. Tim Bishop holds an approximately 15-vote lead over Republican Randy Altschuler as election officials continued to count absentee and provisional votes in Brookhaven. The tallying of votes is expected to be completed on Wednesday.
California 11th District
Republican David Harmer has yet to concede to Democratic Rep. Jerry McNerney, whom he trails by about 1,700 votes .
California 20th District
With Democratic Rep. Democratic Rep. Jim Costa holding a 2,700- vote lead over Republican Andy Vidak, Kern County election officials are reportedly scheduled to complete their counting of ballots cast on Monday.
