A Hillsborough County Circuit Court judge has been charged with driving under the influence.
The Tampa Bay Times reports Judge Tracy Sheehan was charged with drunk driving on Friday night in Tampa.
According to an arrest report, Sheehan was driving out of a parking garage in Tampa's historic Ybor City neighborhood when an officer saw her car drifting across lane markers.
The officer pulled Sheehan over and noticed the scent of alcohol on her breath. She also reportedly had slurred speech and bloodshot, watery eyes.
A blood test determined she had about twice the legal level of alcohol in her system.
Reached at her home, Sheehan told the paper she was disappointed in herself.
