After record highs were set around the tri-state Monday, the warm weather sticks around Tuesday and may be even warmer in some spots.
There's also a possibility of a late-day shower in neighborhoods throughout the area, but it will be relatively dry Tuesday night, Wednesday and Thursday.
Friday will be wet and dreary with temperatures sliding back into the 50s. It should be dry and warmer Saturday for the St. Patrick's Day parade, with highs in the low 60s.

WEDNESDAY: Sunny skies, and a high of 70.
THURSDAY: Sunny with increasing clouds and a bit cooler at 61.
FRIDAY: Cloudy, cool with strong possibility of drizzles throughout the area. The high will be 57.
SATURDAY: The early clouds and showers will clear in the afternoon, with a high of 62.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny, with a high of 64.
