    The fire department confirmed a transformer fire in Brooklyn, but they say there's no indication it was related to Saturday's severe weather.

    Authorities said the fire started on a pole at 235 West End Avenue in Brighton Beach, and spread to one garage.

    Sixty firefighters responded to the scene.

    There were no reported injuries, and officials continue to investigaton the cause of the fire.
