NJ Judge Denies NY Man's Move to Dismiss Wife Slay
A New Jersey judge has denied a request by a New York man to dismiss charges against him in the fatal shooting of his wife.
The Star-Ledger reports
that a Superior Court judge in Morristown on Friday rejected an argument by attorneys for Kashif Parvaiz that prosecutors were selective in evidence they showed a grand jury.
Twenty-seven year-old Nazish Noorani was fatally shot
in August 2011 while walking with Parvaiz and one of their children in the New Jersey suburb of Boonton where Noorani's family lived.
