Nassau County Police arrested a woman after she parked her SUV with a fake license plate at a Department of Motor Vehicles office on Long Island.
Police say the Malverne woman apparently parked the SUV on Tuesday afternoon, and not long after, a DMV inspector happened to stroll by.
He immediately spotted the forged license plates at the East Garden City DMV. Police tracked her down and charged the woman with felony criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Nassau County Police say the woman owns the Rockville Centre auto body shop.
She's scheduled to be arraigned today.
