Mayor Bloomberg hosted a reception at Gracie Mansion Tuesday in celebration of Women's History Month.
There, NBC 4 New York debuted a public service announcement as part of "Your Vote Counts," a new multi-media campaign developed by the city's Commission on Women's Issues in collaboration with the Campaign Finance Board, to promote and increase voter turnout among New York City women.
The campaign will also combine print advertising, digital promotion, training programs and voter registration drives, and work to promote civic responsibility over the course of the year.
