Women Steal $14,000 in Michael Kors Merchandise From Long Island Stores: Cops

A Brooklyn woman has been accused of stealing more than $14,000 in Michael Kors merchandise from two Long Island stores along with three other women earlier this month, police say.

Raquel Davila, 54, and the three other women allegedly took the merchandise from TJ Maxx stores in Greenvale and Hicksville on Aug. 13 and Aug. 23, Nassau County police said.

Davila was arrested Tuesday at her home and is charged with grand larceny. She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after police allegedly found cocaine at her home.

It wasn’t immediately clear if she had an attorney.

Police are looking for the three other suspects involved in the thefts.
