A woman walked up to another woman in Queens earlier in the month and blurted out anti-Muslim comments before punching her, according to the NYPD.
The 26-year-old victim was approached by the suspect in the area of Sutphin Boulevard and 109 Avenue in Jamaica earlier this month, authorities said.
The suspect made the racist remarks and punched the victim in the side of the neck, police said.
Police released surveillance video and photos in hopes of getting the woman off the streets.
