Nachelle Patterson, 35, has been charged with grand larceny, credit card fraud and identity theft.
A 35-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing from as many as a dozen gym lockers in Manhattan and Queens.
Police say Nachelle Paterson would get day passes to Bally's and Planet Fitness gyms in those two boroughs, head immediately into the locker rooms and steal valuables from people's gym lockers.
Patterson was cuffed yesterday after a manager at a local Bally's recognized her from a wanted poster and she fled to the subway.
She got caught using a stolen credit card to try to buy a MetroCard, police said.
Patterson faces charges of identity theft, credit card fraud and grand larceny.
She is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon. It wasn't immediately clear if she had a lawyer.
