A Midwestern woman was arrested at the Sept.11 memorial Sunday afternoon when she tried to enter with a gun loaded with two bullets, law enforcement sources said.

Ursula Jerry, 41, from Milwaukee, Wisc., was arrested at the site's security area, according to officials.

Jerry does not have a permit in any state for the semi-automatic that she was carrying, sources said.

Officials said she told investigators that she travels with the gun on Amtrak and that she didn't mean to harm anyone.

Information on a lawyer for Jerry was not immediately available.
