The woman accused of causing a deadly accident at a Long Island gas station is due in court Friday.
Renee McKinney will be arraigned after being inducted by a grand jury.
McKinney drove into a gas pump at a Mobil Station in Shirley, pinning a 62-year-old woman, Rosalie Koenig, against her car, police said.
Police claim McKinney was on drugs and passed out behind the wheel of her car on Jan. 14.
Koenig later died.
