A Westchester man is accused of raping a 4-year-old girl after DNA evidence linked him to the crime, police say.
Sabino Serech, of Mount Kisco, is charged with first-degree rape.
The 36-year-old is being held without bail following his arraignment on Friday.
The Journal News says police declined to say how Serech came to have contact with the girl or whether the two were related.
Information about his lawyer wasn't immediately available.
