Tri-State Warming Up After Wintry Spring Weekend

After a blast of wintry weather in spring, the tri-state region is warming up.

Temperatures were expected to reach 55 degrees on Monday and conditions were forecast to become even more mild during the week ahead.

An early shower dampened some areas Monday, but rain clouds were expected to move out of the area quickly, giving way to a nice afternoon and a pleasant Tuesday.

More rain is anticipated Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.

Thursday and Friday could come with highs of 60 degrees, Storm Team 4 says -- weather that may feel a lot more like spring than the snowy chill that brought light snow to the region on Saturday.
