Video Shows Car Back into Woman, Suspect Get Out of Car Before Driving Off

A man who backed into a woman with his car was caught on surveillance video getting out, taking a look at the victim, then getting back in the car and driving off earlier this month in the Bronx.

The 51-year-old victim was crossing Jackson Avenue around 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 19 when the gray Honda struck her, the NYPD said.

Video shows the car hit the woman, sending her flying to the ground.

The driver of the Honda can then be seen getting out of his car, walking up to the victim, and getting back in the car before driving off.

The suspect was last seen wearing brown cargo shorts, a gray tank top and white sneakers.
