From meteorologist Domenica Davis.
The Tri-State is in for some hot, humid and unsettled weather for the next several days.
A muggy and occasionally stormy air mass is settling in, making for some very uncomfortable times right into the weekend.
The combination of temperatures near 90 degrees with moderate to high humidity will make for another miserable work day on Thursday.
Look for occasional temporary relief from the heat in the form of scattered storms, which could pop at any time Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Any storms that do form could contain hail, gusty winds, frequent lightning and heavy downpours. Sunday looks to be the better half of the weekend -- still hot and humid, but without the chance for storms.
