Police are investigating after a 23-year-old man was shot to death outside a building in the Bronx Sunday evening.

Police responding to a shots-fired call found Joseph Belton unconscious with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso outside a building on Creston Avenue in the Tremont neighborhood about 6:30 p.m., the NYPD says. The man was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
