Train Robber on the Loose

The NYPD is seeking the public's help in finding a subway mugger.

This man is accused of robbing a 45-year-old woman's cell phone on the E train on June 26 at at about 10:15 a.m., police said. He then allegedly fled the train onto the platform at 23rd Street and Ely Avenue.

He is described as being Hispanic, 16-20 years old, approximately 6-feet tall and weighing 140 pounds.
