Times Square's Doggie Masquerade
Eli the Chihuahua dressed as "the Naked Cowboy" poses before the start of the Times Square Dog Day Masquerade Contest in Times Square. The event was to raise awareness for Animal Haven's Adopt-a-Pet program and has been held every year since 2005.
