Super Bowl Champion Giants to Meet With Obama Friday

The ceremony on the South Lawn culminates the Giants' victory tour and marks the team's second visit to the White House in five years

The Super Bowl champion Giants are headed to the White House.

President Barack Obama will host Big Blue honoring their victory over New England in Super Bowl 46 in February.

The ceremony on the South Lawn culminates the Giants' victory tour and marks the team's second visit to the White House in five years.

The president is also expected to highlight the Giants' commitment to supporting military men and woman and their families.

Head coach Tom Coughlin called the presidential invite "a great honor."

Obama will attend a campaign event Friday evening in Washington after hosting Philippines President Benigno Aquino for a bilateral meeting earlier in the day.
