Police are looking for a suspect who tried to fire a gun at a 50-year-old man after an argument in a Manhattan subway station earlier this month.

Police say the suspect and the man got into a dispute on a northbound No. 4 train around 3 a.m. July 13. They both got off the train at the 51st Street-Lexington Avenue station, and the suspect pulled out a gun.

Police say the suspect tried to fire the weapon, but the gun didn't go off. The suspect ran away.

Authorities released a surveillance image of the suspect (above).

Anyone with information about him or the altercation is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
