Staten Island Woman Fatally Stabbed

Police are investigating the stabbing death of a 44-year-old woman on Staten Island.
Police say Ilona Ganzha was found in her home unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds just after 3:30 p.m. Monday. She was declared dead at the scene.
Police say a 44-year-old man was also discovered at the scene with multiple, apparent self-inflicted stab wounds. The unidentified man was hospitalized in critical condition.
There have been no arrests. The investigation is continuing.
