Power Outages Affect Parts of Staten Island

Power outages have been affecting parts of Staten Island, including a hospital and some traffic lights.
The Advance says Staten Island University Hospital suspended some surgeries on Thursday morning.
Power was restored at the hospital by around 2 p.m.
However, an estimated 2,000 customers still were coping with outages by mid-afternoon.
