A Staten Island couple is accused of stashing and selling heroin and marijuana in an apartment with four young children.
Police say Juan Delcampo and Cristina Garcia sold the drugs to an undercover officer inside and outside the John Street apartment over the past six weeks.
The Staten Island Advance says that led authorities to obtain a search warrant for the apartment where they found 81 glassine envelopes of heroin and 100 empty glassine envelopes.
Police say two girls, ages 11 and 3, and two boys, ages 10 and 4, were home at the time.
The district attorney says the couple faces charges of felony drug sale and possession and endangering the welfare of a child.
