A man was stabbed and injured in a Bronx subway station Wednesday afternoon, FDNY officials said.
The stabbing happened at a 5 train stop on Pauling Avenue and Esplanade in Pelham Parkway, according to authorities.
The man was taken to Jacobi Hospital and is in serious but stable condition, the FDNY said.
The circumstances surrounding the stabbing are unclear, and it is being investigated by police.
