Three suspects are set to be arraigned on a grand jury indictment in connection with a fatal crash after leading police on a high-speed chase.
The suspects are due in Riverhead court on Friday.
Police say they crashed into another vehicle on June 27 in Bohemia. A 61-year-old woman was killed and her husband was seriously injured.
Police took chase after the suspects allegedly stole $4,000 worth of merchandise from a store in the Tanger Outlet Center in Riverhead.
Cordell Tucker and his two passengers, Rashawn Naquan-Smith and Essence Smith, were charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
