School Safety Agent Accused of Raping Ex-Girlfriend

An off-duty school safety agent has been arrested and accused of raping his ex-girlfriend, police said.

Tommy Johnson, 28, was arrested early Monday in Queens. In addition to the rape charge, he was accused of criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and assault.

Police said Johnson got into an argument with his ex at his house early Saturday morning. He is accused of pulling out a gun and forcing her to have sex. Police say they found two illegal guns in his apartment.

Police aren't saying where Johnson worked as a safety agent.

It wasn't known if Johnson had a lawyer.
