An off-duty school safety agent has been arrested and accused of raping his ex-girlfriend, police said.
Tommy Johnson, 28, was arrested early Monday in Queens. In addition to the rape charge, he was accused of criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and assault.
Police said Johnson got into an argument with his ex at his house early Saturday morning. He is accused of pulling out a gun and forcing her to have sex. Police say they found two illegal guns in his apartment.
Police aren't saying where Johnson worked as a safety agent.
It wasn't known if Johnson had a lawyer.
