3 Injured in Lexington Avenue Ceiling Collapse: EMS

Three people were hurt when the third-floor ceiling of a Lexington Avenue building under construction caved in Tuesday, emergency personnel said.

The extent of the injuries wasn't immediately known, nor was it clear what caused the collapse.
