Cops Probe Shooting Death of S.I. Teen

    A 17-year-old girl died after being wounded in an early morning shooting in front of a deli.

    Police responded to a call around 3 a.m. Sunday and found the girl with a gunshot wound on Gordon Street in the Stapleton section of Staten Island.

    The teen was taken to the hospital, where she died a few hours later.

    An investigation is underway.
