A robbery suspect pointed a gun at a 1-year-old after the child's aunt refused to give up her purse, the NYPD said.

Police say a man approached the 29-year-old and her young niece as they were entering a residence near 135th Place and Sutter Avenue in Queens on Sep. 6, displayed his firearm and demanded the woman's belongings.

When the victim refused, the suspect pointed his gun at the child. The victim then handed her purse containing $7,000 to the stranger, according to police.

The suspect then fled the location in a dark colored vehicle.
