Officers say they found a cold, open 40-ounce bottle of beer in his car.

Sotomayor was cited for 11 traffic violations, including driving under the influence, reckless driving and driving without insurance.

The Daily Journal reports the 45-year-old Vineland resident was also charged with drunken driving on April 9 and 11.
