Man Accused of Scrawling Racist Graffiti on Long Island Beef Shop

Police arrested a 43-year-old Long Island man who allegedly scrawled racist graffiti on the side of a neighborhood beef store Monday.

Authorities say Serge Delaleu, of Roosevelt, allegedly used black spray paint to write the racist words on the side of the Western Beef on Nassau Road.

They say tips from the public helped lead them to Delaleu.

Delaleu faces several counts of criminal mischief and making graffiti.

It's not clear if he has an attorney.
