Would-Be Rapist Follows Woman Into Queens Apartment Building: Police

Authorities are looking for a man who followed a woman into her Jackson Heights apartment building, threw her to the ground and tried to rape her.

Authorities are looking for a man who followed a woman into her Jackson Heights apartment building, threw her to the ground and tried to rape her. 

Police say the man attacked the woman in her building near Roosevelt Avenue early on the morning of June 6. 

She was not injured.

Police released surveillance video (above) of the suspect.

Anyone with information about the attack is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
