Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl in Queens.

The girl was walking home from a store at about 4 p.m. Saturday when a man followed her into her apartment building, police said. Once inside, the man started talking with the girl and groped her, then exposed himself. 

The girl fled into her apartment, prompting the suspect to run away.

The man is described as about 30 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to about 6 feet, and 170 to 190 pounds. He was bearded, wearing a black sweatsuit, a black knit cap and glasses. He was pushing a black mountain bike at the time.
