Police are looking for a man who has robbed at least 15 bodegas in Manhattan and Brooklyn since February.
The robber first struck Feb. 16 at Andy's Deli on Ninth Avenue in Chelsea and most recently hit a nearby deli on Eighth Avenue on June 24.
In each incident, the man enters the bodega wearing a bandanna around his face, points a gun at an employee and demands cash and cigarettes. No injuries have been reported in any of the 15 robberies.
The man is described as 20 to 30 years old and about 5 feet 8 inches tall. He's been spotted wearing a red hat, blue jeans, a red sweatshirt and white bandanna.
Anyone with information about the serial robberies is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted online.
