Police say a woman fought off a man who pushed her up against a wall and tried to rape her in Brooklyn early Sunday.
The suspect approached the 25-year-old victim from behind at the corner of Morgan Avenue and Driggs Street in Greenpoint just before 3 a.m., grabbed her, pushed her up against a wall and tried to rape her, police said.
The woman fought off the suspect and he eventually fled.
Police have released surveillance images of the suspect (above) and are asking anyone with any information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
