    A pedestrian was critically injured in a hit-and-run on Northern Boulevard in Queens.

    Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who killed a man in Queens.

    Officers set up a check point Saturday night near Northern Boulevard in Long Island city to look for the driver of a dark-colored Chevy Blazer that sped off Friday night after slamming into  64-year-old Kumar Ragu-Nath.

    Nath was struck while crossing the street on Northern Boulevard and 41st Avenue. He died later at a hospital from his injuries.
        
    His family is pleading for any witnesses to come forward to police.
