Officers Find Swords, Guns During Brooklyn Apartment Search: NYPD

Four people were arrested Thursday morning after police found a trove of swords, guns, knives and ammo at an apartment in Brooklyn, according to the NYPD.

Officers executing a search warrant at an apartment on Dahill Road arrested the suspects after finding the arsenal along with prescription narcotics and marijuana about 7 a.m., according to the NYPD.

The weapons seized include a 9-mm assault rifle with a defaced serial number, a loaded .380-caliber semi-automatic handgun, two revolvers, eight swords, a machete, and more than 200 rounds of assorted ammunition, police say.

Officers also found an assortment of knives and pellet guns.

The suspects all face multiple weapons charges. They’ve also been charged with marijuana possession.
