Pizza Delivery Boy Accused of Rape Was “Feeling Horny”: Report

Cesar Lucas, 16, of The Bronx, snuck into the 35-year-old woman's apartment early Saturday morning and sexually assaulted her

A pizza-delivery boy said he raped a woman in her Upper West Side apartment as her young daughter slept by her because he was “feeling horny,” according to a published report.

Cesar Lucas, 16, of The Bronx, snuck into the 35-year-old woman's apartment early Saturday morning and sexually assaulted her after delivering a pizza to one of her neighbors, the New York Post said.

“I want him put away. I want the world to know he raped me while my 7-year-old was asleep next to me,” the victim told the Post in an interview Sunday. “He violated us, it’s disgusting — roaming around apartments looking to hurt people while you’re working.”

Lucas allegedly tried a few doorknobs until he found the victim’s door unlocked, the Post said.

“My daughter and I sleep in the same bed and I was raped while she was sleeping next to me,” the victim told the Post, bursting into tears. “He covered my mouth and told me to be quiet. He said ‘sshhh.’ I kicked him and I pushed him. He was a little guy.”

Lucas eventually fled the victim's apartment, taking her iPhone and $20 from her daughter’s wallet, the Post said.

“I’m so angry,” she told the Post. “How dare he come into my room.”

The victim said she is now afraid of leaving her apartment.

“I’m scared. I want to sleep with a chain on and I’m going to keep the door locked,” she told the Post. “I’m embarrassed. I don’t want to go downstairs.”

Police arrested Lucas at New York Sal's Pizza on 10th Avenue where he works. The pizzeria is owned by his father, the Post said.

Lucas was charged with rape and burglary.

Last month, Lucas was arrested for jumping a turnstile and was found with a 39-year-old woman’s credit cards and driver’s license, the Post said. He was charged with burglary, criminal possession of stolen credit cards and theft of service.
