Paz de la Huerta Arrested on Manhattan Assault Charge

"Boardwalk Empire" star Paz de la Huerta has been arrested on a misdemeanor assault charge after an argument with a woman at a Manhattan club last weekend, police said.
The actress was accused of attacking reality TV star Samantha Swerta during a fight at the Standard Hotel bar in Manhattan's West Village Sunday night.
She was arrested Tuesday evening, given a desk appearance ticket and released. Her agent did not return a call seeking comment.
De la Huerta plays Lucy Danziger, the girlfriend of main character Nucky Thompson on the popular HBO series. Swerta's attorney didn't return a call seeking comment.
