Fire Devours Buildings on Paterson Block

Firefighters are working to put out a quick-moving fire that's ravaged several houses in Paterson, New Jersey. 

It's not clear sparked the blaze at the abandoned property at 21 Rose St. at about 2 p.m., but the fire quickly spread to neighboring buildings. 

A total of three buildings were burning, and some have collapsed, according to fire officials. Eight families are affected. 

Two firefighters and two residents on the street have minor injuries from the fire, officials say.
