Police: NJ Man, Wife Died from Gunshot Wounds

Police in New Jersey have determined that a couple found dead in their Parsippany home died from gunshots.

Acting Morris County Prosecutor Fredric Knapp says 43-year-old Rosaria Andraka died of a gunshot wound.

Police say her husband, 46-year-old Chester Andraka also died of a gunshot wound, which was determined to be suicide.

Police in Parsippany were alerted to the situation by a phone call from Chester Andraka's employer, when he failed to show up for work.

Responding to the scene on Monday, Police observed a body on a couch through a window, and forcibly entered the home, where they discovered the bodies.
