Police have arrested the parents of a toddler found wandering shoeless on a Brooklyn street.
Khalifa and Shazia Nasir were charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child Sunday night.
According to the Daily News, passersby found the 2-year-old boy around 1 p.m. Saturday about a half-block from his house. He was wearing a T-shirt, blue jeans and socks.
The parents reported their son missing around 3 p.m. It was not immediately known if they had a lawyer.
The boy was not hurt.
