PHOTOS: NJ T-Mobile Robbers Stole $25K in Phones

A pair of robbers made off with 50 to 60 cell phones worth about $25,000, then escaped in a waiting car

Police have released surveillance photos of the suspects in the New Jersey T-Mobile store robbery last week in which $25,000 worth of cell phones were stolen.

The pair of robbers seen in the photos entered the store at 1701 W. Edgar Rd. in Linden at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, according to police. They tied up three employees, filled two duffel bags with about 50 to 60 cell phones, then fled.

They took off in a white Range Rover with New York license plates waiting outside the store, driven by a third suspect.

The robbers were about 20 to 30 years old, wearing sunglasses and hooded sweatshirts. One was armed with a silver handgun.
